Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
1. Recruitment and Staffing
Take charge of the full-cycle recruitment process, ranging from job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling to offering employment.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and ensure the hiring of talents who align with the company culture and job requirements.
Process onboarding procedures for new employees and organize orientation training.
2. Employee Relations and Communication
Effectively address employee inquiries and concerns to foster positive and harmonious employee relations.
Assist in organizing company events to enhance team cohesion and promote corporate culture.
Ensure that company policies and practices comply with Singapore's labor laws and regulations.
3. Compensation and Benefits Management
Assist in handling monthly payroll calculation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage records related to employee leave, medical benefits, and other relevant benefits.
4. HR Administration and Record Maintenance
Maintain and update employee files (including both electronic and hard-copy documents) to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
Prepare HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, contract renewal letters, confirmation letters, etc.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and conducting data statistical analysis.
5.We need to help our client company recruit employees and apply for work permits for them, so you need to have an EA License.
Job Requirements
1. Identity and Language
Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident.
Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a must. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients."
2. Educational Background and Certifications
Must hold a recognized human resources professional certification, such as:
IHRP (Institute for Human Resource Professionals) certification;
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certification;
Or other equivalent internationally recognized human resources certifications.
3. Work Experience
At least 2 years of work experience in human resources or related roles in Singapore.
4. Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of confidentiality awareness and professional ethics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to details.
Capable of working independently while also possessing good teamwork spirit.
