Ace Business Pte Ltd is a growing technology solutions provider focused on delivering innovative and reliable services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist with sales order entry, tracking, and delivery arrangements
Maintain and update customer databases
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Prepare meeting minutes, service reports and documentation
Handle customer inquiries and provide support
Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Candidates with proven experience in office administration with basic IT knowledge (understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software terms) will be preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
