Job Description & Requirements

Ace Business Pte Ltd is a growing technology solutions provider focused on delivering innovative and reliable services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales order entry, tracking, and delivery arrangements

  • Maintain and update customer databases

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Prepare meeting minutes, service reports and documentation

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support

  • Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Candidates with proven experience in office administration with basic IT knowledge (understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software terms) will be preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

  • Good communication and coordination skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
