Key Responsibilities:
Manage office and tuition centre inspections, including liaising with contractors and building management for any necessary repairs.
Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and other financial transactions.
Oversee office management tasks, including inventory and supply management.
Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Reports to Senior HR Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate possess at least Secondary School/"O" Levels / Professional Certificate / NITEC in any field.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Enjoys a fast-paced work environment, strong under pressure, detail-oriented, and possesses strong logical thinking skills.
Fast paced working environment and able to multi-task, meticulous.
Working days Monday - Friday. If weekend work is required, an off-in-lieu voucher will be provided for compensation.
