Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Account Management
Oversee day-to-day operational activities for key customer accounts, ensuring fulfilment accuracy, timely service delivery, and prompt response to escalations
Supervise and support the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and finished goods to ensure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs
Ensure accuracy of inventory records by reviewing stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
Lead, coach, and coordinate the warehouse or operations team to achieve daily operational targets and service levels
Leadership & Team Management
Plan manpower allocation, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines
Provide guidance to executives and operational staff, including training, performance feedback, and competency development
Logistics & Documentation
Oversee the processing of transportation claims, shipment coordination, and logistics documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Review and approve invoices, reports, and billing documents before submission to customers
Process Improvement
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimisation, cost control, and productivity enhancement
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions related to operational issues or customer complaints
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, FSC CoC, Environmental, Health & Safety guidelines, and other relevant standards
Lead or participate in stock take audits, cycle counts, and ad hoc inventory checks
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with internal departments such as Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
Manage customer communication for operational matters, service performance, and improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field with 3–5 years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations
Familiarity with KPI management, process improvement methodologies (Lean/Kaizen), and continuous improvement concepts
Experience in supervising teams and managing day-to-day operational workflows
Exposure to customer-facing roles, coordination with internal stakeholders, and handling escalations
