Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Compliance Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform KYC and sanctions screening for customers, vendors, and vessels using various screening tools.

• Maintain, update, and monitor internal control documentation necessary for audits.

• Support documentation for compliance reviews and inquiries related to banking.

• Maintain ISO records and documentation to comply with relevant standards.

• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments.

• Work with cross-functional teams to meet compliance and documentation requirements.

• Identify gaps in workflows and alert management to potential risks.

• Ensure departments maintain accurate documentation for compliance and internal controls.

• Assist senior management on compliance-related and process improvement projects.

• Provide guidance to staff on documentation standards and compliance essentials.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or related fields.

• 2–3 years of experience in compliance, ISO coordination, internal audit, or related roles.

• Knowledge of compliance procedures and basic regulatory requirements.

• Understanding of internal controls and ISO documentation standards.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Good communication and coordination abilities across various teams.

• Organised, systematic, and capable of managing documentation tasks independently.

• Training certifications in relevant areas are advantageous but not mandatory.
