About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join us as Relationship Executives.
This is a relationshipbuilding role, clients and leads will be provided. Your main focus is to understand client needs, offer suitable guidance, and maintain long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities
Work with provided clients and leads — no cold calls required
Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through regular follow-ups
Understand client needs and provide appropriate recommendations with full training support
Participate in meetings, workshops, or engagement activities to strengthen client connections
Collaborate with team members and mentors to achieve both personal and team goals
Requirements
SG/ SGPR
Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn
Able to work both independently and in a team
