About the role
As a Recruitment Officer at Primo Guards Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to join our growing team. Based in the East Region, this full-time position is responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Your strategic expertise in recruitment will be essential in supporting the company's expansion and ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our future success.
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including writing job descriptions, posting to job boards, screening applications, and conducting interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
Use your expertise in sourcing channels, resume screening, and candidate assessment techniques to identify high-quality candidates
Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, conducting, and providing feedback to candidates
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with successful candidates
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Provide recommendations to improve the overall recruitment strategy and processes
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the security or facilities management industry
Strong understanding of HR and recruitment best practices, including screening, interviewing, and employer branding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
