Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics & fulfilment

• E-Commerce Logistics Development

• Design and scale e-commerce logistics solutions (fulfilment, inventory, last-mile, returns).

• Advise management on systems, processes, and partnerships to build a strong framework.

• Oversee warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking/packing, dispatch.

• Ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with SOPs, ISO, and safety standards.

• Continuously improve warehouse layout, automation, and manpower planning.

• Track and report KPIs (order accuracy, fulfilment time, inventory turnover).

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse supervisors and staff.

• Set performance targets, enforce discipline, and drive a safety-first culture.

• Plan workforce deployment to manage fluctuating demand.

• Contribute to business planning and investments in e-commerce logistics.

• Manage warehouse budgets, optimize costs, and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, or related field with at least 8 years of experience in e-commerce logistics/fulfilment

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) and system integrations (WMS/TMS/ERP)

• Familiarity with ISO, WSH, GDP/GMP, or other compliance standards is an advantage.
