Juno Hair Singapore is seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. This position is perfect for stylists who prefer a weekday-only schedule with no weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Services

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' hair goals and preferences

• Analyze hair type, condition, and facial features to recommend suitable styles

• Listen attentively to client needs and provide professional recommendations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits

• Create customized looks that enhance client confidence and satisfaction

Hair Services

• Perform precision haircuts for all hair types and lengths (short, medium, long)

• Execute various cutting techniques from basic to advanced styles

• Provide hair coloring services including highlights, lowlights, balayage, and ombre

• Apply single-process color, root touch-ups, and color corrections

• Perform chemical treatments including perms, relaxers, and keratin smoothing

• Style hair for various occasions (everyday looks, special events, formal updos)

• Create blowouts, curls, braids, and updos

• Wash, condition, and treat hair with appropriate products

Product Knowledge & Sales

• Recommend and sell professional hair care products to clients

• Educate clients on proper hair care routines and styling techniques

• Describe benefits of different hair care products and treatments

• Apply hair treatment products such as masks, oils, and color protection creams

• Meet retail and service sales goals

Technical & Professional Standards

• Stay current on latest hair trends, techniques, and styling methods

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hair care products and innovations

• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and client expectations

• Keep detailed records of color formulas and client preferences

• Adhere to all salon safety and sanitation regulations

Salon Operations

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times

• Sterilize tools and equipment according to state board requirements

• Manage appointment schedule efficiently to maximize productivity

• Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled appointments

• Collaborate with team members to maintain positive salon environment

• Participate in salon meetings and training sessions
