This role manages franchise partners, oversees commercial performance, and guides merchandise and visual merchandising strategies to uphold brand standards and maximize global profitability. The incumbant will uncover new growth opportunities, enhance partner engagement, refine inventory and merchandising approaches, and ensure brand alignment across regions.

With a strong global presence across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, they currently have an established retail presence in over 30 countries.

The Talent
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a closely related discipline is desirable.
- 10-15+ years of experience in global business expansion, franchise oversight, or retail management, including proven leadership within retail or franchise/wholesale sectors.
- Experience in managing a team across different functions is a must.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and market expansion in international or franchise settings.
- Excellent analytical and strategic capabilities, with the ability to convert insights into practical business strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial approach, and adaptability in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
The Job
- Global Strategy & Growth: Formulate and implement international expansion plans, targeting sustainable revenue growth and profitability while exploring new markets, partnerships, and business models.
- Franchise & Market Oversight: Identify development opportunities, manage franchise agreements, strengthen partner relationships, ensure compliance, and enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Merchandising & Inventory Strategy: Plan and optimize product assortment, inventory, and category budgets to meet wholesale and retail objectives; analyze market trends and customer demand to uncover growth opportunities and improve profitability.
- Brand Presentation & Visual Standards: Ensure consistent brand image across international stores, guide campaign and in-store presentation execution, and provide training and feedback to maintain high visual and commercial standards.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Build and maintain data-driven frameworks to track sales, market trends, and operational efficiency; use advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize revenue, and improve reporting processes for agility and insight.
