Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring high standards of quality and safety are consistently met, including compliance with ISO standards

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring output targets are efficiently achieved

• Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

• Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to team members

• The ability to trouble-shoot problems on the assembly line /packing and implement corrective actions and recommend long-term solutions to recurring problems.

Required:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.

•   Experience using SAP (preferred)
