Maintenance Planning Specialist – Instrumentation, Control and Electrical (ICE) - EZ.M

Our client is looking for an experienced planner to plan, schedule and coordinate all Instrumentation, Control and Electrical (ICE) maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for Instrumentation, Control and Electrical (ICE) assets.

• Coordinate with Mechanical, HSSE, Production and Jetty Operations teams to review work requests and manage electronic work permits.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to assign tasks and coordinate ICE-MECH work.

• Monitor and manage ICE maintenance work orders, master equipment lists and preventive maintenance plans in SAP.

• Liaise with external authorities for approvals on Natural Gas Equipment maintenance.

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for safety inductions, site surveys and execution of maintenance works.

• Review and validate Method of Statement and risk assessments for maintenance activities.

• Raise purchase requisitions, coordinate procurement of spare parts and services and track budget forecasts and expenditures.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I maintenance supervision or planning in oil & gas/petrochemical industry.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational skills with ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.

• Experience coordinating with multiple teams and external vendors.

• Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and procurement processes.

• Ability to review technical documentations, risk assessments and Method of Statement.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocols for industrial maintenance.
