Responsibilities:

* Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware including PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.

* Support network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi.

* Ensure smooth operation of servers and data storage systems, including file servers and domain controllers.

* Manage user accounts, emails, Active Directory, and file access permissions.

* Monitor IT security systems, including antivirus software, firewalls, and data protection protocols.

* Perform routine backups and ensure disaster recovery measures are in place.

* Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or other factory systems.

* Troubleshoot communication issues between machines and PCs (e.g., PLCs, IoT devices).

* Ensure high system availability to reduce production downtime.

* Install, configure, and maintain both standard and customized software.

* Provide end-user technical support.

* Coordinate with software vendors for system updates, bug fixes, and new implementations.

* Enforce IT policies related to data protection, access control, and system usage.

* Support compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant standards where applicable.

* Serve as the primary contact for IT-related issues.

* Deliver training and guidance to staff on software and system usage.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.

* Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

* Proficient in Windows OS (both client and server).

* Strong understanding of network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi.

* Skilled in PC hardware setup and troubleshooting.

* Basic knowledge of server administration including Active Directory, file sharing, and backup.

* Familiar with IT security practices: antivirus, firewalls, and user access control.

* Familiarity with ERP and MES systems.

* Experience with printers, scanners, and barcode devices.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Good communication skills, especially in providing user support.
