Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
Provide clear and accurate product or service information
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system
Support daily customer service operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided
Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
