• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries professionally

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests

• Provide clear and accurate product or service information

• Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system

• Support daily customer service operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided

• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage

• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
