Job Description

Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings in accordance to project requirements

Involved in coordination and preparation of drawing and specification to liase with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.

Support in Tender if required.

Review, clarify and amend the drawings and plan provided by clients/consultants

Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time

Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Maintain good document control and filings.

A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure.

Able to undertake any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in constructions

Good skills of using Auto CAD and Revit

Familiar with BIM Modelling/Management

Good interpersonal skills and able to work as team.
