• Manage day-to-day coordination of business matters relating to the customer.

• Build rapport & establish long term business relationships with clients.

• Work independently & interact with clients at all levels.

• Coordinate with internal department to support order fulfilment.

• Negotiate for better terms, solve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service & follow up on orders.

• Provide updated marketing & sales forecast.

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Electronics industry will have added advantageous

• Proficient in MS Applications

• Possess Class 3 driving license & willing to travel overseas
