Attending to customer enquiries via email or phone call.
Calling Agent/Supply Boat & Vessel for POD endorsement.
Data Entry
Support Daily Operation
Cash Handling and submission to Finance
3rd party documents Handling.
Complete other tasks assigned by Operation and Logistics Manager
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
Secondary, GCE N or O Level, ITE or equivalent
Fluent in spoken & written English
Minimum 1 to years relevant working experience
Knowledge of MS- Office tools and AX system.
Strong team player with a positive attitude, good communication,
Hardworking
Strong sense of responsibility
Problem solving and innovation skills
A good judgment with the analytical skill
A rigorous work attitudes
Hold fast to Confidentiality Rules and Regulations
