Responsibilities:

  • As the main body of the representative office supply chain, responsible for the business planning of the representative office supply chain, designing and establishing a national supply network, facing customers, actively paying attention to customer needs, providing competitive solutions, ensuring successful delivery and business goals and customer satisfaction.

  • According to the company/regional department's supply and delivery strategy and process requirements, combined with the representative office market delivery strategy and customer needs, formulate and implement representative office supply and delivery plans and logistics network plans, and continue to improve the supply and delivery capabilities of representative offices.

  • Responsible for the end-to-end full-process management and monitoring of order delivery. By participating in the project in advance, analyzing customer logistics needs and supply bottlenecks, formulating a competitive logistics and supply delivery plan, ensuring timely, accurate, high-quality, and low-cost supply of goods.

  • Responsible for import and export customs clearance management of representative offices, analysis and application of customs regulations and tax rules.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of customs relations to ensure smooth customs clearance.

  • Responsible for the management and monitoring of the entire process of goods receipt, delivery and storage, including receipt and review of arrivals, inventory and inventory management, complete set of materials, delivery monitoring and arrival document management, and responsible for cargo safety and inventory accuracy.

  • Develop supporting and auxiliary material supply plans based on delivery requirements, and be responsible for end-to-end management and monitoring of supporting and local material procurement fulfillment, including: procurement requirements formulation (PR), purchase order release (PO), supplier stock monitoring, and arrival inspection and payment verification.

  • Responsible for the construction of logistics service provider (LSP) resource pool, LSP performance management.

  • Responsible for customs clearance and logistics cost budget of the representative office, cost monitoring and payment verification, to ensure that the logistics cost is controllable and safe.

  • Responsible for the optimization and compliance of the business process of order, logistics, and procurement fulfillment of the representative office to ensure efficient and safe process operation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experiences in the supply chain / logistic domain

  • Understand and have deep understanding of supply chain and business planning.

  • Familiar with the process and rules of project supply management, overview of Product configuration management, Supply network management.

  • Customer demand analysis ability: identify customer needs and supply pain points, as well as supply compliance/continuity risks, fall into the product demand package and promote changes.

  • Product availability design: object convergence, mode optimization, and easy-to-integrate design can be performed by scenes, and the supply system can be imported.

  • Project operation capability: leading supply design or special management in the supply field.

  • People management skill, has past / current experiences leading a team will be preferred.

  • Internal and external communication and influence: able to communicate with the corresponding level of customers, and influence decision-making.

  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and compliance is required.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
