Job Description:
Assist in executing and overseeing digital marketing strategies across Company’s website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Google Ads, email, and other relevant channels.
Plan and support integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging both offline and digital channels, to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
Assist in managing social media activities including creative content creation, scheduling, posting, community engagement and performance tracking.
Develop marketing collaterals, including copyright, design and layout.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and media partners to create and deliver engaging, quality, on-brand marketing campaigns and collaterals.
Monitor, track and analyse campaign performance using analytic tools across all platforms, providing timely reports, insights and recommendation for improvement.
Assist in managing and updating Company websites to improve user experience traffic and conversion rates.
Analyse market trends and audience insights to identify opportunities for campaigns and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and drive to customer engagement.
Support Business Needs, including assisting the marketing team with operational tasks and providing secretariat support for department meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in retail, home appliances, consumer electronics.
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, e-commerce marketing, and digital campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee.
Experience with managing campaigns, email marketing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Independent, Proactive and Self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for producing impactful and high-quality work.
Creative with strong copywriting skills, capable of generating engaging content for different audiences.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML, and CMS platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in graphic design, video editing and tools, including Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, for content creation and simple artwork or video, is highly advantageous.
