Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, quality yield, and machine utilization targets are met.

• Perform process control, routine checks, verifications, and basic repair work.

• Execute periodic and preventive maintenance for hardware and system software.

• Maintain maintenance records for plant equipment.

• Support Engineers in managing spare parts inventory to minimize production downtime.

• Ensure operations comply with the company’s quality policies, objectives, and customer requirements.

• Assist Process Engineers with continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction programs.

• Support Production Supervisor in preventing product non-conformities.

• Adhere to workplace health & safety practices and cooperate with EHS initiatives.

Qualification and requirement:

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering

• Experience in equipment assembly, mechanical or process troubleshooting is preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, multimeters is a plus.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.

• Able to talk mandarin and write in Chinese.
