What You’ll Do

• Craft Signature Viennoiseries: Produce artisanal viennoiseries—from croissants to laminated pastries—with consistency and care.

• Master Lamination: Execute precise lamination techniques that uphold our iconic TBB quality.

• Deliver High-Volume Excellence: Support scaling production to meet both outlet and new business demands.

• Follow Standardised Recipes: Maintain uniformity in flavour, texture, and presentation across all batches

• Ensure Quality Control: Conduct visual and taste checks before products are dispatched.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Certificate in Patisserie, Baking or related field

• Experience with laminated dough or industrial pastry production is a strong advantage

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craft

• Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome
