Airport Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract) - #1125784

Location: Changi Airport (Nearest MRT: Changi Airport)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break):
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Support Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)
Shift details will be shared during the screening call. Please note that shift selection is not available.
Basic Salary: Up to $2,631 per month
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support to international travellers in completing SG Arrival Card and Electronic Health Declaration submissions.
Assist travellers with the use of automated lanes.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
