About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-service oriented Cafe Waiter to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in the Changi East Region of Singapore. As a full-time Cafe Waiter, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the cafe in a warm and friendly manner

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Preparing and serving food and drinks to customers

• Ensuring tables are cleared promptly and the cafe area is kept clean and tidy

• Assisting with stock control and inventory management

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a busy cafe environment

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team

• A positive, enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude
