About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food Server to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in the Changi East Region of Singapore. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen team

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly, maintaining a clean and organised dining area

• Respond to guest inquiries and address any concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism

• Assist with routine side-work tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and light food preparation

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour, with a genuine passion for providing memorable dining experiences
