Location: Central / Town
Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + quarterly bonus
Working Days: 6 days/week (including weekends & Public Holidays)
Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Transport: Company transport provided for home drop-off
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook grilled or BBQ dishes according to recipes and SOPs.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
Operate grill, BBQ pit, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform food preparation tasks such as marinating, portioning, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.
Assist in inventory control — check and replenish ingredients and supplies.
Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with team members during peak hours.
Adhere to proper food handling, storage, and waste management procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in grill / BBQ / Western / hawker-style kitchens.
Knowledge of grill techniques, meat preparation, and temperature control.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours.
