Senior Finance Executive (AR) - #1125727

Job Description:

1. Responsible for managing Accounts Receivables (AR) & Management Information System (MIS). 

2. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable and MIS.

3. Conduct a monthly review of AR accounts with other teams.

4. Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system for OPs to review AR outstanding.

5. Liaise with customer and bank where necessary.

6. Identify improvement in work processes to keep up with changing business needs.

7. Responsible for Monthly/Year-end financial closing reporting and ensure all reporting/schedules are accurately and promptly prepared.

Additional Task:

1. Liaise with internal/ external Auditors for audit queries.

2. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Knowledge Articles are up to date and properly documented.

3. Any other task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Work Experience

• Possess Degree, and at least 3 years work experience in AR

• Demonstrated ability to leads team.

Technical Skills

• Meticulous and handles transactional level work.

• Driven and positive attitude on learning.

• Must be proficient in MS office suite specifically Excel (VBA, macros), PowerPoint and Word.

• Working knowledge of CargoWise (CW) would be highly advantageous.
