Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Handle basic accounting duties including expense claims, cheque issuance, and preparation of accounting documents.
• Assist with month-end closing and other routine accounting activities.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting login issues and resolving minor technical problems.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, adaptable approach.
• Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is an added advantage.
