Senior Quantity Surveyor - #1125633

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Director in all matters relating to the project department

• Perform taking off and cost estimate of tender for new projects.

• Prepare tender documents, which include bills of quantities, drafting contract/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding construction and procurement contracts.

• Assess contractors' claims for progress claim, variation works, extension of time, cash flow report, final account and handling of contractual disputes.

• Attend project meetings.

• Any other duties assigned by the Director.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.

• Motivated individual with sound knowledge in construction contract law & standard building contract forms

• Possess good analytical skills, & able to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment to meet critical deadline
