Responsibility;
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to up keep the health of the system
- Support automated system stoppages and repairs
- Machines minor troubleshooting
- Machines recovery when alarm happened
- Chemical top up
- Perform machines conversion
- Upkeep preventive maintenance record and history
- Comply to safety requirement for all activities involving chemical and mechanical procedure
- Fulfill MES and daily passdown information update
- Keep records of defective final product
- Take initiative to seek opportunity for improvement and implement corrective action.
