POSITION 1 - ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities :
Plan the Project schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned.
Review and check the Project related reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purposes of quotation submission or invoicing for completed works or following up action if required rectification works.
Assign tasks to the team when there are breakdown/calls from the clients.
Monitor and follow up on procurement of parts and perform price negotiation to meet budget.
Provide supervision to the Engineers and Technicians/Subcons for day-to-day work and follow work processes.
Forecast cashflow for both internal/external usage and coordinate with team members until project handover.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience of relevant working experience

POSITION 2 - PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities :
Work with external parties and customers to oversee the assigned projects.
Establish project objectives policies, procedures and performance standards to be in line with the company policy, contract specifications, and applicable laws & regulations.
Coordinate with engineering staff to ensure compliance of work procedures, project scopes, scheduling and work sequence, safety plans, etc.
Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties to facilitate proper project activities.
Monitor and manage project site activities to ensure the completion of projects as per schedule and the work activities are within the projected budget.
Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
Able to manage an ELV project independently.
Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of the assigned projects/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.
Ensure all the projects are completed within the timeline.
Monitor, review and manage operation costs and responsible for financial performance of all the projects.
Responsible for project management including attending all the meetings, coordination and site supervision works.
Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry, especially the Building Management System and Extra Low Voltage System.
A self-starter, able to work independently and with high level of ownership and responsibility.
