• Be a part to facilitate a successful rollout of platform enhancements while maintaining operational stability through regular innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new platform features, including conceptualizing features, documenting requirements, and handling operational tasks such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Live Verification.

• Design wireframe mockups to enhance user experience.

• Suggest feature enhancements based on user feedback and insights.

• Conduct analysis of competitor digital innovation platforms.

• Oversee and address platform-related inquiries.

• Provide basic troubleshooting support to users and coordinate necessary bug fixes.

• Collect and analyze data for product health reporting, management updates, and project progress tracking.

• Carry out routine administrative tasks, such as updating user roles on a monthly basis.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new solutions on the platform.

• Document and maintain operational processes related to platform management.

• Assist with the full innovation process and workflows as required.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field.

• Relevant experience in project management, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

• Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and collaborative team player who can also work independently to achieve goals.

• Passion for the digital space with an understanding of emerging technologies.
