Responsibilities :
Project: Hospital Project (East) or Commercial Project (Central)

• Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
• Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
• Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
• Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
• To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements :

• Relevant experience in MEP design and drafting, preferably for hospital or commercial projects.
  • For junior level: min 2-3 years
  • For senior level: min 5-8 years
• Proficient in Revit and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Problem-solving attitude.
