Responsibilities:

• Govern SAP technical and functional solutions throughout project phases including requirement gathering, design, implementation, and documentation
• Evaluate business requirements and deliver compliant solutions aligned with audit, statutory, and legal standards
• Oversee SAP integration with external applications to maintain system stability and performance
• Establish and maintain SAP knowledge base and template solutions
• Manage system support for live SAP sites
• Collaborate with business users and BPOs to understand processes and requirements
• Provide functional and technical support to ensure optimal application performance
• Coordinate with external partners for development, infrastructure, testing, and production support
• Estimate project effort and resource needs; work with PMO/BPO and CoE teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Identify operational gaps and propose innovative, business-oriented solutions
• Drive process standardization and simplification across regional and corporate levels
• Collaborate across tracks and teams to optimize end-to-end business processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in SAP SD and MM modules
• Proven experience in SAP system implementation and support (e.g. SAP ECC, SAP HANA)
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
• Experience working across multiple SAP tracks is an added advantage
