About the Role
Process Characterization & Troubleshooting: Identify and analyze key process input variables (KPIVs) affecting equipment performance. Map relationships between inputs and outputs (KPOVs) and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
Data Analytics & AI: Utilize data analytics, machine learning, and AI/GenAI tools for advanced troubleshooting and to drive operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement projects to improve equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, safety, and cost savings.
Lean Manufacturing & Safety: Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing programs. Support equipment safety initiatives and participate in audits (Customer, QMS, EHS).
Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and embrace opportunities for ongoing learning and career development.

Your Experience Includes
Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related discipline.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in computer/IT and mathematics. Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and automation is highly valued.
Mindset: Self-motivated, creative thinker with a positive attitude. Effective team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience: Relevant experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or process improvement is an advantage.
