Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving volume, distribution, and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure continuous business development.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery arrangements, and close sales contracts to meet company objectives.
Monitor, gather, and analyze market insights and competitor activities to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Accurately process customer orders and ensure seamless coordination with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, forecasts, and customer records.
Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand market presence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of service quality.
