Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end project management of the Spalling Concrete Solution (CRR), encompassing training and audit oversight, manpower planning, and full P&L responsibility, including revenue, cost control, and margin optimization.
• Serve as the primary liaison with partner companies, contractors, and HDB on all CRR-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations to HDB and key stakeholders to provide updates, report progress, and address project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Contracts Department to support CRR operational and administrative processes.
• Partner with the Technical Department on product testing, certification, and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department on product sourcing, shipment scheduling, and delivery arrangements.
• Report directly to the Deputy General Manager, providing regular updates on training activities, audit findings, manpower status, site progress, and other CRR project developments.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving project needs.

Requirements :

• Candidate must have minimum Diploma qualification
• Must have class 3 driving license and own a car due to multiple site visiting.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Project Manager with experience managing main contractors/reputable sub-contractors in construction or facility management industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Able to manage challenging situations independently.
