Production and Maintenance Operator - #1125334

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate polymer production machines such as extruders, mixers, moulding machines, and other processing equipment.

• Set up machines, load raw materials, and ensure proper feeding throughout the production process.

• Monitor machine parameters, adjust settings when needed, and ensure output meets quality requirements.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine servicing on production equipment.

• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and carrying out minor repairs.

• Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Record production data, machine readings, downtime, and maintenance activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.

• Follow all safety, environmental, and chemical-handling procedures.

• Support ad-hoc tasks related to production or maintenance when required.
