We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance cum Human Resource Officer to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about both financial management and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Ensure compliance with financial and HR regulations.
Coordinate employee benefits and payroll administration.
Support management with ad-hoc finance and HR duties.
Requirements:
Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in both finance and HR roles is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/HR software.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
