Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of Customer Service Officers to deliver prompt, accurate, and professional support via email and phone.

• Oversee escalations, complex cases, and service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficient, holistic service delivery.

• Conduct quality checks, analyze data trends, and implement initiatives to enhance service standards.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors' Degree in Business or equivalent

• No Experience Required, Training will be Provided
