UP $3500 Basic + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
Lead and guide a team of Customer Service Officers to deliver prompt, accurate, and professional support via email and phone.
Oversee escalations, complex cases, and service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficient, holistic service delivery.
Conduct quality checks, analyze data trends, and implement initiatives to enhance service standards.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelors' Degree in Business or equivalent
No Experience Required, Training will be Provided
