Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customers. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Maintain and update customer databases, records, and sales reports.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Procurement) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Follow up with clients regarding orders and payments
Assist with inventory management and replenishment planning
Support the team in preparing sales performance reports and forecasts.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle ad-hoc matters and special assignments as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1~2 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
