Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Coordinator.
Job Description:
Provide customer service support via phone and email.
Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Perform of general housekeeping within the warehouse workplace.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ level and above.
Preference with minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination. Experience in customer support capacity will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with import/ export documentation and inventory systems.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and work closely with internal operations to meet customer requirements efficiently.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Team player with good interpersonal communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
