Responsibilities:
Research and evaluate state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms, technologies, and tools.
Design, develop, and implement novel concepts for autonomous, human-centric, and reconfigurable robotic systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate industry needs into technical problem statements and solutions.
Validate solutions using virtual models, simulations, and physical prototypes.
Contribute to roadmap planning, project proposals, and technical documentation.
Prepare and present research findings to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
Author scientific publications and support intellectual property documentation.
Requirements:
PhD in AI, Computer Science, or relevant Engineering fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Automation, etc.).
At least 2 years of experience in R&D roles within related domains.
Strong foundation in optimization, machine learning, robotics, or autonomous systems.
Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++ for developing data-driven applications and algorithms.
A strong publication or patent track record is highly desirable.
Experience with Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or system-level modeling (e.g., Simulink) is a plus.
Industry project experience is a bonus.
