Our client, a leader in the electro plating field, is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator o join them

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support liaison for the sales team and existing customers, ensuring inquiries, requests, and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate closely with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to support the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders and sales requirements.

• Assist in preparing for customer audits and meetings by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring internal processes align with customer quality expectations.

• Support the maintenance of long-term customer relationships by providing consistent follow-up, order tracking, and post-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, preparing relevant sales materials and customized proposals that meet client needs.

• Track and analyze customer purchasing patterns and sales data to anticipate potential concerns, improve service delivery, and support account growth strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Support, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Training will be provided; candidates with strong interpersonal skills and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
