  1. Lead, manage and responsible for the daily operations of the production  department to ensure production operate in good manner

  2. Plan, organize and manage production operation through effectively used of manpower, material and machine to achieve optimum productivity with minimal wastage

  3. Manage, arrange and allocate the human resources of the production for ensuring effective execution of production plan to fulfil order on time in full. Schedule shift according to production needs and  Implement corrective actions for production delays. Provide guidance and support to the team members

  4. Plan, determine and coordinate raw and packaging material requirements with warehouse team and enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all production team

  5. Ensure compliance with all safety protocol and procedures and promote safety awareness and culture. Investigate safety incidents and implement action plan.

  6. Ensure products produced comply to food safety and quality standard and work closely with quality team to investigate and implement corrective actions for food safety deviations. Attend to internal and external quality and food safety audit and customer audit.

  7. Ensure working areas are kept clean and maintained in working manner in accordance to GMP

  8. Work closely with maintenance team to monitor and ensure equipment performance and reliability minimize planned and unplanned downtime.

  9. Communicate and collaboration with others departments to ensure any production arising issue being solved timely.

  10. Analyse production data and trends to identify potential risks , opportunities and solutions

  11. Drive and handle cost optimization, process and energy efficiency improvement projects. Implement Capex project and execute NAV systems whenever needed

  12. Manage and arrange monthly routine cleaning activities for lines and cookery

  13. Establish Standard Operation Procedures that requirement for line operations

  14. Complete others task assigned by the Head of Operation.


Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology and Engineering or related field.

  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing industry and in similar capacity.

  3. Positive mindset and experience in managing a production team and meeting production target.

  4. Knowledge of production processes and equipment.

  5. Able to prioritize and manage the multi tasks.

  6. Hands on, good organizational, problem solving and communication skills.

  7. Able to work in fast paced & dynamics environment.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP system.

  9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
