About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and cargo operations at TOPS (Toll Offshore Petroleum Services). This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a hands-on operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer cargo in/out movement within the warehouse.

• Handle cargos with due care to maintain safety and quality standards.

• Perform simple accounting duties, including updating internal registers and records.

• Conduct regular stock-taking and routine checks on warehouse premises and cargo storage conditions.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices and a strong safety mindset.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute positively to daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients regarding stock and cargo movements.

• Proactive attitude with readiness to take on secondary operational roles when required.

• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office programs.

• Able to follow instructions closely and work well with supervisors and colleagues.

• Mandatory compliance with workplace safety procedures.

• Able to communicate effectively in English.

• Knowledge of stuffing/unstuffing shipping containers is an added advantage.
