Job Description:
Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers
Respond to customer inquiries
Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents.
Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
Resolve customers’ concerns, if any.
Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers
Requirements:
Minimally 2 years of working experience
Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
Friendly and welcoming disposition
Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
Good command of written and verbal English
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
