Job Scope:

Oversee overall food quality and safety at the Central Kitchen.
Ensure products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements (HACCP, AVA/NEA).
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and investigations on customer feedback.
Validate that all products are produced according to QA protocols.
Supervise all QA matters and ensure proper documentation.
Support product and process development, including R&D and food tasting.

Requirements:

Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
3 years of working experience in the QA field (inspection, central kitchen or manufacturing background) in F&B industry
