Process Engineer (Hardware)

Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

5-day work week

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus (subject to company performance)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Process AEs/Technicians and oversee all process-related activities to ensure efficient production performance.

• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and maintain proper process operation flows based on customer and business requirements.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of production Work Instructions, including SFC control processes and SAP-related updates.

• Drive and implement ECO changes across operations.

• Improve process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives, UPH monitoring, and Kaizen activities.

• Maintain and update the EC master list and related tracking documents.

• Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions (W/I).

• Conduct W/I training for production teams.

• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.

• Provide assistance to production during mass production runs.

• Participate in ISO implementation, audits, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders including customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and management.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good project management skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Familiarity with RBA standards is an advantage.
