Job Scope
Full Set Accounts: Oversee the entire spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all financial activities.
Invoice Management: Maintain detailed records of outstanding invoices and proactively follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure prompt payments.
Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated with company policies as well as local, state, and federal financial regulations to ensure full compliance at all times.
Financial Recordkeeping: Ensure all financial documents—such as receipts, invoices, and reports—are accurate, organized, and properly maintained.
Audit & Issue Resolution: Conduct regular reviews of financial transactions and accounts, quickly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team by offering guidance, support, and mentorship to promote their development and overall performance.
Job Specifications
At least Degree in accounting related
At least 7 years of working experience in construction engineering field is required for this position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
