Job Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle project management activities, including design, submittals, procurement, construction coordination and project handover.

• Manage project scope, contractual requirements, technical compliance and risk mitigation to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Business Development, Tender, Cost Control and Service departments.

• Oversee conceptual studies, design development, procurement, subcontractor management, installation, testing and commissioning of building and M&E facilities.

• Liaise with consultants, building owners, landlords and relevant authorities to ensure alignment with mission-critical facility requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in construction management with contractors or engineering consultancies.

• Skilled in managing greenfield and brownfield projects, including interior A&A or fit-out works.

• Familiar with coordinating M&E installations, testing, commissioning and stakeholder management.

• Professional certifications such as PMP or Data Centre Professional are advantageous.
